- Informing you of all the documents which you will need and fixing timetables
- Check and confirm all the documents are in order
- Booking your Wedding to Town hall
- Booking of the various services/events such as
- Wedding Reception
- Photographer
- Transportation
- Wedding Flowers
- Wedding Cake
- Hairstylist, Nails Treatment, Make-up
- ……etc.. all according to your desire..
After your arrival
- Your personal Wed coordinator meet you as soon as you arrive
- Discuss with you all the arrangements/bookings
- Going together to Town hall for your Marriage License
- Go through all details such as colour schemes, menu, songs for the Ceremony(entrance-signing-exit) and Reception(Cake Cut, First Dance) etc..
- On your Wedding Day your Wed coordinator is with you making sure that all the details and all your bookings are in order.
All the above are included in all our Wedding Packages which are introduced and updated every year to include the latest trends in the market..
The Packages do not include the following
- Ceremony Venue rental and decoration fees
- Townhall Registrar fees
- Church fees/donations
