2. Birth Certificates (Bride and Groom) (copy required for our file)
3. Passports (Bride and Groom) (copy required for our file)
4. Baptism Certificate(s) (at least one party must be a baptised Christian)
5. Evidence of freedom to marry - a declaration of freedom to marry (affidavit) stamped by Embassy, Court or Solicitor as appropriate
6. If divorced, Originals of final divorce papers (Decree Absolute)
7. If widowed, Originals of death certificate and any previous Marriage Certificates
8. If adopted, an Adoption Certificate
9. If under 18 years of age, a letter of consent from a parent or guardian
10. If name changed by Deed Poll, document from solicitor confirming change of name
11. 2 witnesses – full names and passport numbers (and copies of passports for our file)
12. Form ‘B’ Licence (First Schedule Type B Section 6(1) the CERTIFICATE OF THE NOTICE AND FIXING DATE AND PLACE OF THE CELEBRATION OF MARRIAGE)

NB FOR CYPRUS RESIDENTS ONLY : If a foreigner and resident in Cyprus for more than 1 year, must obtain additional form from Ministry of Interior to confirm they have not been married while living in Cyprus.
